i haven't charged my phone for a day and i've been texting and calling and stuff but my battery meter doesn't go down. and i checked on the setting and it says 6. is something wrong or is my battery that good? how do i fix this?

and also, what does the 3 short blue bar looking thing next to the singal meter mean?

thanks in advance for your answers...

The battery should last for a week when in good shape, and the funny thing beside the signal bars is usually the GPRS connectivity symbol for the websessions.

Mine does that too, then when I finally put it on the charger it'll drop down to one yellow bar, or sometimes it'll just go down to two.

Why does it do that? If the phone had a full charge just a minute ago, why did it suddenly feel the need to drop down to barely any charge? Then back up when you take it off the charger?

well, on my phone, after almost 3 days without charging the phone, one of the bar finally went down. but when i connected to my comp today to upload a wallpaper, i guess it charged a lil bit and went back to full bar... so i think the phone itself had a very good standby time and like dumba said, the battery should last for few days without a charge every night!

Yes, it does. And whenever you charge it, even only for a minute it will show full bars afterwards, but it isn't full at all and droppes quickly. Best battery maintanance is to run the battery empty every now and then and then charge with the phone off. Don't worry, the Alarm will work then even with the phone off, while on a charger. Don't ask me how it does that, but mine does.
