How to backup the entire rokr E6 before modding?

Greetings:

Please forgive me if my question has been covered somewhere. I google and search in this forum with "backup", "ROKR E6 backup" keyword and nothing comes up.

Could someone please point me in the right direction of how to backup the entire E6 to an SD card or computer before modding?

So far there is not a complete way. I recommend Telnet'ing in and copying the usr and ezxuser diretories to your comp.
