custom startup sound

hi i'm trying to figure out how to get a custom startup sound on my razr V3, ive try'd putting the start~up.mp3 in the audio folder on p2k commander and it still won't work

See if you can find this P2K Tools Version 0.8.6 build 406

Go to Tools >> Custom Animation
