Ah i'm thinking you want to change the cl.gif file maybe to that one there?
If thats the case more or less all you have to do is replace the existing pic cl.gif file with the one that you want there you can use p2k tools place the pic in a:/mobile (after note the attributes associated with the existing cl.gif file you'll need to give the new upload the same attributes) or new p2k tools i recommend new p2k its pretty easy to use and its more or less self explanatory
