can it somehow be changed to 1900 or at least 850? thanks

p.s. does it have full HTML browsing (I dont mean xHTML btw)

No, HSDPA/3G on the Z8 (and Z10 too I think) uses the 2100 MHz bands, and that's that. If you'd love to disassemble it, put a new antenna inside, and reprogram the OS to recognize the new frequency, you MIGHT be able to get 1900 or 850 MHz ;)

lol, I would try that if I knew how to solder and had a few extra Z10's laying around.
