p2ktools vs not responding

everytime I try to do anything with this program it is says not responding. I have vista and a z9. any suggestions?

It's only doing this when I plug in my phone. It works fine till then.

Try re-installing these (http://developer.motorola.com/docstools/USB_Drivers/) drivers with your phone disconnected and P2k Tools closed. Then use this (http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=8741) latest version of P2k Tools and connect your phone, and see the result.

What phone model do you have?
What operating system are you running on?
Is your OS a 32-bit (x86) OS or 64-bit (x64)?

Make sure that you have the protocol settings from P2KtoolsVS set to P2K05 and not P2K.

how do i connect my phone into p2k vs? because it says not connected.. plz reply back!!!
