ATT's Media Net

Is it possible to use ATT's Media Net web service on an unlocked T-Mobile V3? I was thinking that I only needed to replace the T-mob web session with an ATT one. I asked the ATT guy and he started talking about diff frequencies and stuff. Anybody have any knowledge of this? :confused:
