adding ringtones/songs to non itunes v3i

Hi guys (and gals?),

How do I add ringtones/songs to my non itunes v3i?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

set your phone to memory card mode, and hook it up to your computer, then you go to e drive in my computer and open it, if your memory card is formated you click mobile then audio and its your audio folder on your phone
