:google: is your friend. Just make sure you use "quotation" marks around the words you are looking for and you will find what you need.
However, you wouldn't upload skins with RSD Lite, you would use either P2K Man, P2KCommander, check the Downloads (http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/downloads.php)Section for those programs and drivers.
