hi pals,
i am new to this modding... read thru all your recent threads. also the "must readme thread" at SLVR section. i want to follow the following steps below.. all the guru's guide me since i dont wanna brick my phone.

my phone details:
software version - R4513_G_08.B7.DCR_RB
bootloader version - 08.D0
flex version - GSTL7675TG10D

since i work on linux, all the mods threads are using RSDlite. i have decided to use flasher [thread describing connecting amarok has he link] ... to flash the monstor pack.
the monstor pack i like to flash on my L7 is
MotoBeauty
S/W Vesion: R4513_MOTOBEAUTY_ACR
Flex: M_B_EDGE
BootLoader: 08.D0
Language list: 002E (UK English, German, Russian,
Ukrainian,French, Spanish, Portuguese)
DRM: Yellow iPhone (Enhanced with motospeed)
Font: iPhone

i switch off the phone and brought the phone to bootloader screen.

1) can i use flasher utility directly to flash the above monster pack?
2) after connecting the phone in bootloader screen mode to PC, how can i recognise which dev file is associated with my phone in linux.
3) what is the difference between DCR and ACR type of firmaware.
