Urgent help with blocked e8

I am newbie at this ,I just bought in the US an E8 T-Mobile that was supossedly "unlocked" and bring it back with me to my country (Ecuador-South America) but when I inserted the SIM card it asked for a "Subsidy code" and I try the usual 000,1234, etc etc until the cel just blocked itself into an "auxiliary block" or something like it nad displays a message "contact your serive provider".....how do I unblock it and then What I need to do to unlock and use my cel???

You need to get the unlock code. Either contact Tmobile, or buy the codes from someone online.

Just keep the phone on while it's showing contact service provider. It will eventually ask for subsidy again in at most an hour.

I did what you say and the phone asked me the subsidy code again.... but i cannot get the codes....i google it but had no luck....any ideas???
