Branding and flashing a V3M

Hi - I am Converting my CDMA Moto V3M to MetroPCS - Is there software/hardware being sold that allows UnBranding Sprint, Alltel and others to have them completely programed with the Metro firmware even to the point of saying HELLO HELLO HELLO on start up --- In others words a perfect copy of an original looking Metro --- Thanks for any assistance

flash it with rsd lite and use one of the monster packs that i supplied in my firmware thread
