Yuet 1.8

I'm thinking of flashing with yuet 1.8 on my
08.D0

R4513_G_08B7.DCR_RB (INDIA / Malaysia Firm)

(phone giving battery low errror will flash in some time.)

Is there a better MP? This one seems to be good for me.

Anything wrong / bugs in it.

can anyone tell me what to do before i flash...

all i am gonna to is start RSDlite and the flash the phone using the shx.... nothing i really need on the phone to backup.... But please tell me if i should and links to the guides.... Thxx.

i am using it, and when i plug my L7 to PC, it show that i am pluging a V360 now....and the smart key and the right camera key gone function unproperly, but all rounded, it is a cool MP.. i like it

Its showing the V360 becuase L7 and V360 uses the same firmware.
You can change that by going to P2KTools and on the left, going to P2KInfo, then click "Get Info".
Under Phone Model, change it to L7 then click change and restart your phone. It should say L7 isntead of V360 now.

Should i use bootloader mode to flash? or just keep it under normal data / at ? What happens if someone calls?

Also hope flashing deletes all the old files.. dont wanna sit and delete them....

BTW nice Flash tuts guys.... 5 stars to the guy who makes em.

To flash it must be in flash mode (bl mode). Most flashing programs will automatically switch to this mode.

If your phone isn't booting properly, you should start in BL mode by holding *and # while powering on.

Give that a whirl.

Np, also how much space does this thingy have in its flash memory?

Cause it shows just 15k i think... sneaky moto engineers ... :-)

anyways, the flash (shx) file is smth like 68MB, so i was wondering.

Also.. does it format the phone on its own?

Two to three hours? it only took me about 2 to 3 minutes. The mod is off the charts! By far the best that I have tried. I tunes installed, faster internet, tons of features...whats not to like?

I am using the German f/w, with all my mods and the skins I like. I called it art2d2tx's MP! It works great for me, it has all I need and want in my phone. I change the DRM and font to my liking... BTW, have you visited the fonts section for the L7? I have made several fonts...

yong i know how u get off that from problem, just load a seem name as 0117-001 frm ur frndz fone. if he or she have it, load it by p2ktool and then uplod it again in ur L7 this will show u L7 ok or u will get that on *********************** ok

I just flashed my L7 with this last night. I'm pretty happy with it and it will certainly do me while I learn more.

I would have to remap some keys to have it the way i like it, plus there was a skin with an ugly background that I could never find to remove it. Also, phone had to be remodeled to L7, and the startup/shut down animations and sounds... , mine are better. So, why using it if after all I would end up remodding it a lot? I admire Yuet a lot and would like to know what he knows, but I still don't like his MP.

iTunes autostart can be disable in itunes setting. press Menu then select setting.

i applied my L7 with yuet mod 1.8 and my phone after that boots and and gets stuck with an itunes screen.plz help me out.
I tried a seem edit and after restarting it would autostart iTunes and lock up. After reflashing the MP everything was fine again. Was a bit stressful at the time :)
