Disabling PTT - XXX Bytes Transferred

Hey there guys. Nice new forums you got here. A little too brightly themed for my tastes but to each his own.

Anyways, I recently sold an extra SLVR I had laying around on Ebay but there seems to be a little problem. Randomly, and very often, messages will apear on the screen that say "XXX bytes transferred".

I have been told before slvrhackers shut down that this is the PTT and that this message can be cast away by disabling PTT.

If this information is true, what SEEM edits need to be done in able to disable PTT and get rid of this pesky message!

I didn't have PTT in my phone, so I enabled it by editing some seems. Then I tried turning it on. And I was in the very same situatiuon you are now, so all I have to do was to turn it off. Later I disable the icon in the menu because my friends were messing with PTT. You can use p2k AE to edit the seem. Just go to Phone Services, then 32 SEEM Editor and type PTT in the search bar. Read the seem from your phone, and disable the right seem (you may find 2 or 3 seems for PTT... not big deal to find out which one.

only big deal here is going to be trying to erxplain to the person I sold it to how to go through this process when they have never done it before.
