Z9 video settings

Getting ready to convert a couple of movies so I can play them on my Z9. Will be converting over to MP4 and am usure as what size, and frame rate I need to use. I believe for my V9 it was a max of 25 fps and 176x144, but was hoping for better quality with the Z9. Anyone know? :confused:

z9 can playback mpeg4 QVGA( 320x240) @25fps bitrate 430 or lower ( i have never tested more then 430)
z9 has awesome display quality for movie or clip
