i finally got P2kman to connect with my k1m (been trying for two weeks since i got my phone) via rsd lite, and removed all the stock tones and pics that i couldn't stand. changed the outside lcd .gif, and added a screensaver that actually works! i know it's not much' but i was scared to death to mess with my new krzr. i have done two weeks of research and finally got it to connect. so i thought i'd give it a shot. all the guides and posts have really helped me to be confident about what i was doing. now i just have to get up enough nerve to try and add a skin. i'm not for sure if i'm ready for that quite yet LOL. the best part is the phone still works correctly! thank you to all.:spot:

p.s. i have also now uploaded two v3c/m skins and they work correctly also. you guys are right this is addicting. i have gotteen myself scared a couple times (screen whent black took a while to figure that one out) but i had backed up everything i had changed and was able to return everything to normal. this is fun.
