change startup image after DRM flash?

ok, so I flashed a new DRM. This One (http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=654)

Anyways dont get to mad a me here, but since I flashed this DRM, after the HelloMoto splash screen, comes this cool MotoX image. it is cool, however I liked my old one better!! how do I get it back? I still have my customwakeup files in A/. what next? I want to keep this DRM just not the startup image

You have to use P2k manager or commander to replace the current
custwakeup.gif with the one you want.
It has to have the exact name.
I'm not sure how yours would still be there if the motox one comes up?

can flashing a DRM change the wakeup image?? I downloaded my wakeup image from the phone to my computer to see if it changed, but it is still the same wakeup.gif file that I have always had!!. I dont know where this MotoX image is even coming from or stored at!?!?

my customwakeup file is still in A/ and the attributes never changed. the MotoX image must be some special setting in that DRM!? anyone have any ideas how to remove that setting?

ok so here is what I have found so far. I opened this DRM in SHXcodec. split the source. hit edit on cg15. then parse.

now on icons 927 and 928 I found the GIF that I see when I start up my phone. I cant find a way to delete those slots or pictures. I could replace them, but if I could just get rid of them, then I could easily replace my wakeup.gif more easily at a later date. any one else with more experience with editing DRMs??
