u.s. r4515 file?

my daughter has a european v3_305 with r4515 software and strange voicemail settings.
i need to do some seem editing to try to straighten out the settings.
it might be easier if i can install new firmware that is for the u.s. market.
is there anywhere i can get a u.s. r4515 firmware file.
