having connection issues with the phone

okay, so when i try to connect my phone to p2kman, it searched for the files and then says it has failed.

the only way i could get mine to connect with p2kman was with rsdlite2.7. i've tried everything, p2kman is the only thing i can connect to. the way i do it is i start up p2k then shut it down ( the little icon is down in the tray). then open up rsdlite, plug my phone in for a few seconds, then unplug it. after a few more seconds the little p2kman icon should have a pop up saying "switched to p2k mode" then i plug the phone back in then (almost all of the time lol) rsdlite will connect with my phone. and then i start up p2kman and then it will load the files. i know the way i have to do it is a pain LOL, but it works for me. keep in mind, i am completely new to modding so i'm positive you will get some better answers!:confused13:
