Black Screen

After 1 year working perfectly, the screen suddenly turns BLACK, the phone is working, but without screen.
Can u help me, please?

you'll need a new screen, you can get them here http://www.gsm4world.us/shop/motorola-razr-c-1_9.html you'll also need some tools check out the guide section for info on how to take your razr apart. good luck!

Maybe worth a shot. Try a soft reset by taking out the battery and leave it out for a while, then reboot the phone. If the problem is still there, which is most likely, follow bretts advice, there is a great guide about razr disassembly in the guides for v3.
