New B/L Razr Unlock Question

SW Ver is R374_G_0E.42.15R

Can this phone be unlocked using Got_moto and a usb to pc cable ~ or any there any other simple means to unlock it?

That bootloader version 8.29 is hard to work with.

If you find a way to downgrade it, you can use P2K_Tool_3.7
to unlock it.
