Is there any way to use a bluetooth razr or like phone as a bluetooth adapter on the computer via the usb that would be a neat hack if availible

I think the OP means if he can use the phone as the bluetooth device of the PC, not needing any usb stick or pci card, and if I got it right, the answer is: No, sorry not heard of it yet.
