Motherboard swap issues

I just got a v3re r3442 tmobile locked . I tried to swap in a v3 r374 unlocked motherboard. Phone will power on but screen is black. Is there a way to make this swap work? I hope I didnt waste my money on this ebay treasure.

Hmmm, don't think the r374 mobo can work with the v3re R3442A screen. Sorry
