help me unbrick my v3xxr

ok here is the deal i got a v3xxr rzr phone and the phone is locked to at&t im a tmobile user and so i stuck my tmobile sim in the phone and it asked for a subsidy unlock code, i found somewhere it said to enter 00000000 well i did that and it took the code but now my old AT&T sim will work with the phone but i no longer have AT&T, now when i put in my tmobile sim the screen stays locked to AT&T symbol and doesnt let me get to the menu screen at all when i have my tmobile sim in the phone. i think my phone is permanently locked to AT&T is there a way for me to be able to still put in a unlock code and use the phone for tmobile or can i install something to wipe the phone out and then reinstall to where i can put in the right subsidy code? i think this is a soft brick but like i said the phone still works with AT&T sim card, but it doesnt let me get past the loader screen as it just stays stuck showing the AT&T logo and i cant get past thatwhen i put my tmobile sim in the phone. somebody please help me this is a badass phone and i dont have the money to get it fixed. i do though have the right subsidy unlock code if only i can get it to ask me to enter subsidy unlock code again. please help me tell me step by step what i have to do to get this phone to work with my tmobile service. when i try to flsh the phone with rsd lite rsd lite doesnt recognize the phone anymore. ive got teamviewer if someone wants to get on my computer and fix it as though the phone is in your own hands. help me please.....

i soft bricked my v3xxr when i first got it also. look in the dl's section for the unbranded v3xxr monsterpack and flash ur phone with that. worked for me! good luck

yeah but will this allow me to re enter the subsidy code and unlock my phone to where i can use the phone with t-mobile? also rsd lite 4.3 wont recognize my phone the imei number wont show all it does is show 0000000000000000 so if rsd wont read my phone to flash what do i do to get it to read my phone

im using rsd lite 4.2 and it reads my phone fine. when you flash it basically all it does is debrand the phone as if you bought it straight from motorola. it will not have at&t nor t-mobile software on it. im happier with mine unbranded anyway.

rsd lite wont recognize my phone so what am i doing wrong please help me. i entered the wrong subsidy code and the phone will work with at&t sim only but not with t-mobile i cant even get past the AT&T logo screen at start up when i have my t-mobile sim in the phone it doesnt even ask me to enter a subsidy code anymore so please help me what can i do. do i need a s-clip or whatever it is? let me know please hurry

first do you have all the necessary drivers for your phone to work?? if not thats prolly one reason its not pickin up ur phone. as far as the subsidy code thats over my head. i will however do some research and find out what i can about it.

Turn the phone off. Then connect the phone to USB and quickly before it starts press *, # and POWER keys at once and open RSD (ignore IMEI not available).
Flashing non-US firmware will cause you to lose 3G. Flashing unbranded firmware will not unlock your phone and subsidy code reset to 00000000 only works on unlocked phones, so they do not need to worry about relocking their phone.

all the correct drivers are installed on my computer to pick the phone up i used the program driver installer for my v3xx anyways i paid to have it unlocked today with a s-clip and im just waiting to get it back tonight. thanks again friend

thanks Skrilax_CZ for the very useful info. i used that same method when i soft bricked my phone cuz i couldnt get it to go into bootloader mode.

where do i get that firmware ? i dont need the 3g i dont have that part of my service for at%t so help me out here please. i had my phone looked at and they cant fix it they tried using one of those clip things and still it wont work. so please give me detailed info step by step on how to fix this phone. its such an awesome phone to lose so please give me detailed instructions on how to fix my phone, remember it still works with AT&T sim just not t-mobile. im with tmobile thats why i need this phone to work. help me out please if you want ill even give you remote assistance via teamviewer and you can get in my computer and fix it yourself if you want to. just help me im desperate at this point. thanks again guys

i got my V3xxr stuck in bootloader mode and no flash anywhere i tried would fix it. I used all the RSD LITE versions and even Flash and Backup...nothing would work. So i just took it back and acted stupid, it got me a new one no charge. Not that that is what you wanna do, but it IS a good last resort option.
