Seeking LP of Traditional Chinese for V3re

I've ordered a V3re from Tmobile for my dad. He lives in Taiwan most of the time, so I need to flash it to traditional Chinese for him.
I've been searching for hours, but I still couldn't find it. Is there even one out there? It seems to be LP0014 from my search.
I am starting to give up please help!

If you can't find one, have a look in the Media section under fonts, there is a sticky thread by Kent_lkc, he deals with the asian language packs and fonts. If you ask him nicely, he will find one for you or even make one. He is a nice guy.
