Flip closed to end call

Anyone know what seem to change for this, I cant find it in the seem map I have. Im using a seem map from a V3 phone. Is there a seem map just for our V3re out there or is everybody using the V3 seem map also?

hi,go to in-call setup >answer options turn it to on I think that will work

There is no "flip closed to end call option".
Only "flip open to answer"(on and off) and "multi-key"(on and off).

I have been through all the seem edits that I have on hand and I can
not find one to modify call end on flip close. There is however one edit which will determine whether or not a speaker call either ends or stays 'live' when the flip is closed

Try this:
Seem 0032_0001
Offset 8A. bit 2: Speaker Call to End on Flip Close (1 on, 0 off)

This works on the V3 and the V3i, r & t series, so I imagine it will work with the V3re. As usual, back up your seem and proceed with caution.

Until now, I've never heard of a phone not hanging up on a regular call when you close the flip. I looked through that seem map and I didn't see anything.

Also, I did a forum search. All I saw were two references to it, but no instructions on it.

I did find a lot about having a call on speaker and whether closing the flip will end that call. Any chance that you're asking about that? If so, it appears that it's seem 0032_0001 offset 8A bit 2 (1 will end the call when closed, 0 will not.)

Other than that, I'm not sure what to say. Has it always failed to end calls when you close the flip? Or have you done any seem edits recently that may have changed that setting as a side effect?

Anyway, maybe I'll look more after I get some sleep.... lol

Does anyone have a seem map just for V3re or are you looking at the one for the v3? Or does it even matter? NO BACKUPS HERE! I fly by the seat of my pants.

not really I own 4 of the same phone so I pretty much do what ever I want to mine with no worries.

The one I've used is the one posted in the v3 guides. It's listed as being for the Vxxx series but it says it also works with the v3 and v3i (where listed) and such.

So far, everything I've tried from it works, with one exception. Though I admit I haven't tried very many yet.

But no, I haven't seen any seem map for the v3re specifically.

No, nobody made a seem map for the v3re or the v3r yet, we all just use the v3 as default.
