Mobiles24.com is a free site. (unless you want to pay and get premium access) All you have to do is register. You only get 30 free downloads a day. You can also upload as well if you want to share anything you've got. The jad files they offer with the games need to be tweeked to work with V3re phones. I have a guide for that or Ive heard about a program called jadmaker you can use(that has had good reviews from what I've seen).

Download P2KToolsVS_3.0.7.759updated_by_mmuk or newer version
Download Motorola_MIDway_v2.8
Connect phone to computer. Open pktools. (make sure your connected, in lower left corner of pktools it should show 'connected/green dot/or say V3re) If not then go here and learn how to get connected: http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/showthread.php?t=132141
Open pktools
1st In pktools press 'hidden settings' tab located at top.
2nd On the right side click 'java'
3rd Press the 'get values' tab.
4th Check the box that says 'Settings>Java Settings>Java App Loader
5th Press the 'set values' tab.
Click phone pic for drop menu in upper left corner, and restart phone from here.
Now on phone go to settings/java settings and turn on java app loader. Phone will say 'insert cable now'. Plug cable in and open Midway. Try diff com port settings if phone does'nt connect to Midway. This is common. Also make sure jad and jar files are located in the same file. Feel free to pm me or post a question or suggestion if any problems with directions.
