Can't connect?

I've got a AT&T Razor V3.

Bootloader - 0C.F4.

SW V: R3442A_G_0E.43.0AR

I can't seem to get it to connect to the pc on any progs such as: SkiMan, or Backup software.

Anyone else have a problem? OR know a solution?

k, we're going to have to "take this from the top" as they say in music. First, you have a v3re. Do you have the correct USB cable? Is it plugged in correctly?

Does your computer recognize that your phone is connected?

Have you tried running RSD Lite in the background while trying to run F&B3 or SkiMan?

Try those and let us know what happens.
