View Full Version : Motorola cancels RAZR3 / Ruby, era comes closer to an end

Earlier this month, the almighty RAZR fell from the top spot as America's best selling handset. Now, we're finding that the RAZR3 / Ruby has been canned. Granted, the move isn't all that surprising -- after all, Moto's known for awhile now that it simply can't keep tweaking the RAZR instead of, you know, innovating. But honestly, if this signals that the company is serious about moving forward and possibly adopting Android on the double, we won't shed a tear. Okay, maybe one, but only after all the lights are out.

at least Moto took advantage of pleny other bands who haven't admit they want to develop android phones

well... i rlly like the desning... but the keypad isnt too good but not bad at all... but i wont be wrong dialing with that contrast!!! LOL

This is shocking sad news :(

Though to be honest those pictures are ridiculous and if thats the best the Razr team could come up with then yes it should get cancelled!

A phone looking like that will never help Moto :(

A good design it has but the keypad is awful.could be something like V8 series.

Overall, it is avery good and clean design. I kinda like the keypad, looks futuristic. I hate that software.

Recycle the whole RAZR 3 hardware and put in some Android and we will have a seller.
