every time i turn on my v3.. its say
CONTACT SERVICE PROVIDER....and can not use the phone
how to get it working again?

Sounds like an issue with the SIM's registration with your provider (just a guess.) Have you contacted your service provider?

It means, that the phone is simlocked. You need to wait a while, with the phone on, and then it will prompt you toenter the subsidy code. If you don't have it, ask your provider for it, or use one of your providers simcards.

Sometimes it will takes days, before it will ask the code again, but it will. Sooner or later, if the phone has enough charge or is plugged to a charger, it will prompt again. That "contact service provider" popps up when the wrong code is inserted a few times.
