Problem installing SHXCodec

I've downloaded SHXCodec so I can follow the guide to extract files from a Monster Pack, because I just flashed jcandre's monster pack, which is good, but I have found a few things that don't quite work right and it bugs the hell out of me, so I want to try and tweak it a bit.

Problem is...how do I install SHXCodec. I extract it, and click on the icon, but I get a: Error loading MIDAS.DLL

Like I said...the jcandre MP is good, but have a few issues with the bluetooth connection and the text messaging... other than that...not too bad.

You need to also download the file MIDAS.dll in order to run SHXCodec. But if I may make a suggestion, use SBF Recalc. It'll split the files quite easily and effectively.
