Hello, I have been trying to connect the mobile to my computer. The computer recognises it because i have download the drivers and it appears correctly as a USB Modem. However, whenever ) try to use P2K Tools it doesnt work. I have been looking through guides in the wiki and most of them are the same steps, but there isnt any for my model, this could be due to it has been released quite a little ago. Maybe I am doing some step wrong while trying to get it to work. I would really appreciate some help in being able to use P2K Tools with my phone. I am using Windows Vista
Thank you

I think EM325 isn't a P2K platform.It might be an ODM series.

Could be helpful if you tell us more about the phone.Who is your provider? First we need to find out if its CDMA or Iden, ODM or p2k GSM phone. I don't know the EM325.

The provider is Movistar from spain. My knowledge about what all those letters stand for is very weak. The specifications of the mobile phone are in http://www.motorola.com/consumers/v/item.jsp?vgnextoid=bd9abf272a99c110VgnVCM100000840 6b00aRCRD&localeId=24

It is GSM 900/1800, that is what is written in the packaging. This model is only available in certain markets I guess, at least thats what I found out searching in google. I dont know how to say whether is CDMA or IDen, ODM or p2k. If you could tell me how can I find it out I will try. Thank you for the help, lets see if we can find out a little more :-)

The EM325 is a quad band GSM phone. According to its official spec sheet, the operating system is "Embedded", contrary to the EM30's spec sheet which lists the EM30's OS as "MOTOMAGX". Therefore I assume that it is either an ODM thing or (maybe) Synergy.
The EM325 has just hit the market here in Greece, so I'll try to have a look at one in a store and I'll report back.
