no ring tone sound

hey i just raised the volume and delted some sounds files on my Motorola V3 r and now i get no sound when ringing... firmware is r374_g_0e.42.10r_a

help me!!!

Connect your phone to P2K Tools build 08.0.6 and once the program recognizes the phone refresh the file list. Once refreshed click the button "Fix Melodies DB" once the operation completes restart the phone and your rings should work.

Because you changed the melodies database when you deleted the items the phone can't read the file it currently has for the DB. Once you "fix" the DB it will read correctly.

Follow razrdykes advice, but because your phones firmware is r374, it means it is a regular v3. So I will move this thread to the razr v3 section, :thumbsup:

yow you should put the phone on silent firstly then you delete these files and it will start ringing again (MyToneDB.db
TempToneDB.bd) they will come back
