After reading connection guide I still can not connect Razor V3 in P2K mode.Every time I try to use any P2K program comes up screen: There was a problem installing this hardware: Motorola USB Composite device. Fatal error during instalation.
I did follow connection guid step by step.
Where is the problem?

Welcome to ModMyMoto,

Maybe try a different USB port to connect on.
Look in Device Manager & see if it's listed in Modems.

With different USB the same result. In modems it listed as Motorola USB Modem and it works in AT mode with Motorola Phone Tools.

Have a look in system-hardware manager- Devices and take out all unknown usb devices before installing the drivers.

Run the motodev install program on clean and reinstall, if you still have a problem take a look at http://www.ic.sunysb.edu/Stu/cdigiamo/tutorial/v220/rev.html

Try this guide (http://www.maxedmobiles.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=14&Itemid=32) for windows xp or is that the one you are using?

After I used the guide, which you suggested and connect V3 comes up screen:There was a problem installing this hardware Motorola USB Modem, Fatal error during instalation. So, I have to uninstall those drivers to get back to AT mode.
