At&t V3 White Screen =[

okay. this is my mom's phone it' just says V3 in the sticker so that's what i think it is.it's silver..

and randomly she got a white screen and just won't go away..you can hear the phone powering and you can hear the buttons being pressed. idk whats wrong with it. i know it's not a Ribbon cable because i have another V3re and i changed both LCDs and boards and cables worked..now i'm not sure if the LCD is defective since the Silver V3 Board won't work with the Pink V3re LCD for some reason :(

so anyone got any idea on what i can do? i try to go into bootloader mode or w/e and my computer says "device has malfunctioned or w/e"
i'm like WTF...

anyone help?

sometimes theres blueish bars going up and down on maybe %75 percent of the screen. she said she didn't drop it or lay on it..just opened it up to view the time and bam...white screen of death!!!!!!!!!...

I have only experience the white screen on startup then restart my phone in a loop, but I can go to bl. Try to do a TP.

plug the phone into the computer with RSDlite running. once the phone is connected, click show device. the info will be displayed in the left window of the program

Try just turning it on the regular way and see what F&B3, RSD Lite or P2kTools calls it. It gave you the error in bootloader mode, but it might not if you just plug it in as normal.

Assuming you do not know what RDS Lite is, look here:

yeah i do got RSD LITE..

and i when i click on show device it doesn't do anything..

ok, if the phone is powered on and connected, click where the phone shows up as s-flash neptune or motorola phone to display the info in the window above. if nothin shows up, then the phone is not connecting to the computer.

phone is like functional except you can't see shit out the screen
think maybe the LCD is bad?
