Help me on V9 talking phone future

Dear All Motorola Fans

I have mistakenly enables the talking phone feature on my V9 (black colored). This prohibits me to enter the THEME and to EDIT RING STYLE.

Please help me and direct me how to manually reset / disable this talking phone feature.... so I can again edit my theme and ring style!!! Please!!! :-( !!!!

Once i try to enter the edit ring style section my phone seems to hang and automatically shut off and on again...this scares me after having the phone for 24 days!

Just go to Settings--Personalize--Sound Settings and disable it.

Thanks lemor15, but after enables the TALKING PHONE FEATURE i cant even find my SOUND SETTING in PERSONALIZE menu

Apparently you did more than just enabling talking phone.

Talking phone means when you browse your phonebook or have an incoming call, the phone will "speak" who is calling.

why does the talking phone feature 'disappear' from the personalize menu?

You have English as language on your V9x? It is not enabled for all languages.
