Is C261 flash-able?

Hope you all are doing well. May I know whether C261 can be hacked in terms of:
Modding its firmware,
Adding extra language,
Make it a tri-band mobile, and
Patch it to use funlight?

i know its unlockable. thats probably about it. maybe skinnable too. its odm and i know jack about all that.

its the os of the phone. like p2k or p2k05 or juix or symbian

i think its Original Design Manufacturer, but thats just what i saw on another all GSM forum.
