Is there anyway I can extract the phonebook entries from a complete backup I made from a pebl?

The backup was made with FlashBackup 2.62 using the details outlined on motomodders.

Reason I am asking is I helped someone with their phone awhile back and kept the backup file just in case something ever happened. Well it did, they dropped water all over their phone and it appears to be fried.
Took the battery out
took it apart and used compressed air
even put it in a thermal chamber to help evaporate any extra water

Either way they have another phone and wanted to get their phone numbers back if at all possible.

Any suggestions on extracting the phone numbers from the backup or any new routes for bringing the phone back from the dead?

the only way I can think of would be to try and restore just the
cg2 (flex) portion of the backup - if you can of course !!! - as that's
where the phone book would be. I can't remember the file name, but
to try and extract using a binary editor would be a fairly serious last
ditch effort.

Is there anyone that would be willing to restore that portion of the backup for me and download the numbers. I currently don't have a pebl to do this on.
