In the ReadManiac Manual it is written:
Phone model selection
If your phone model does not present in the list, please try to select similar model or one of the Generic models.
Version for Generic MIDP1.0 phone will work on any phone with J2ME support.
So try 'Generic' ?

What the problem is that your are trying to do stuff like its a GSM Phone.
You can not add programs/language packs/fun lights/Java (with the exception of Canadian carriers)/ or anything else to CDMA phones. CDMA uses BREW. And you are stuck with it.
No matter how hard you try.
ReadManiac is for Java Enabled phones only phones.
There are ways of making your phone Java enabled but its risky and you could end up bricking your phone!

You can flash you phone to a carrier like Telus (canadian) which provides a java layout on a brew-based phone.
I did it and it kicks ass having java. Plug I got everything working except GIN , but who uses that anyway :P
