Ok I finally got my phone to connect in P2k mode. However, when It is connected it will not read files on the phone. I always recieve unable to read drive list, unable to read seem, unable to read files. Is there any reason this is happening?

Hi all -- my first post!

This is exactly the same problem I am having.

Poetic folly, I just bought a black V3 from AT&T. I believe it's just the "standard" V3. I know it's not the V3xx, for example.

I have installed Moto4Lin and I can get the phone into P2k mode but then as the above post says, I am just shown a handful of errors that say the drive list can't be read, etc.

Any help would be appreciated! I really am looking forward to loading some new skins!

No ideas, anyone? I would appreciate any help provided.
Happy holidays.

Try downloading the latest Macp2k I have updated it using the -m option (thanks S5vi) so that autodetection is enabled and kext loading/unloading is no longer needed. > ? >

If all else fails try just running the p2kcore binary CLI (command line app) from the terminal and include -m and see what you get there. If you can include -m -v in the argument and post output.

Hello Digitol,

Thank you so much for replying.

Could you point me to a How-To guide? The steps you suggest I take are rather esoteric sounding to me.

I'm a noob.
