Need link to new P2k Commander ( Windows xp )

Hello. I am trying to put a monster pack into my phone( a v3 ), but for some reason i cannot get my p2k commander to work. It also says that I need a new p2k commander version. I have Windows XP. Does anyone have the link where I could DL it?

Another question. It doesnt want to detect my phone. Is there anything I should click or adjust in options. I already set it to the V3 Standard and auto start.
My phone is already modded, maybe that is a reason. I dont know.
