T-Mobile Razr to Verizon.

I have a T-Mobile Razr V3 and I don't use it anymore. If I wanted to give it to a friend that uses verizon, how would I go about doing this?

I understand that I could unlock the phone, but can't I just use a monster pack or something simple?

well if verizon uses cdma phones (which im pretty sure they do)
then sorry not possible even if its unlocked

Verizon is for sure CDMA and for sure your friend will not be able to use your GSM RAZR on that crappy network.
