how to get ringtones from computer to phone?

I just got a new moto razor v3 phone. I don't know how to get the ringtones that I downloaded on my computer to my phone? can anyone help? I have never had a cell phone b4, so its ALL new to me!

Personally I bought a Bluetooth dongle (10 euro for the 10m capability, 20 euro for the 100m capability), to transfer ringtones, wallpaper, java-stuff to/from the PC :thumbsup:
