errors with Flash & Backup

I'm trying to back up my new v3xxr with F&B 3.0.7. I have loaded the profiles as directed here: http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/showthread.php?t=417181 and from the drop down menu I pick the Motorola V3xxR phone, which F&B shows my phone is connected. I click the select all box, uncheck the cut empty bytes box, and my backup format is SBF(single binary file)format and hit read data.

I get this report when I'm done. What am I doing wrong? Anything obvious to anyone?

i am having similar troubles. CG's read up to 8: 12, 15, and 18, do not read. then FB3 just says it done and leaves me with a few .smg's. my S/W version is: R27231_U_97.04.2BR

The above mentioned profile is for R272311.
@razr's edge : What is your f/w version?
@whoistherabbit : Your phone needs R27231 profile.

whoistherabbit, I had the same problem when I was backing up for the first time on V3xxr. All you have to do is uncheck the"cut empty bytes" box
