Flash razr v3 gone mad phone won't turn on Help needed

I saw that on another post and tried yesterday even this morning and nothing

R374_G_0E.42.0CR thats what I had before then I flashed to R374_G_0E.42.10R, this the one on it and it won't turn on

don't see a bootloader but I tried installing one but it says

Does FB3 say its connected? At the bottom of the screen?

OK, if the flash is still running, it has gone terribly wrong somewhere. Disconnect the phone, take battery out, then start in Bootloader, press # and * and insert battery. Tell us if the screen says anything, and or FB3 reconnects in idle to the phone, and if you have RSD Lite, if it reads it as s-flash neptune or s-blank neptune. That will tell what to do next.

If it says device not recognized, I would TP it and flash in S-Blank mode.

Also, I have this V3i that will give that error. If I wait an hour and try again, it will work. Maybe something to try.

Yo big man ting if yu a guh pay 6 grand fi fix a razr, mi wi sort it out fi 4500 :D But apart from that, try getting a different data cable also reinstall the drivers and use a different port.

Wait wait hold up, don;t pay for any free help yet. That's why were here. This is an easy problem to fix.

First of all, I beleive its against the rules to post your email address on the forum.

now to the phone issue. You said when you enter bootlaoder (* and #), nothing is shown on the screen and the computer won't detect the phone in flash mode. If this is trure, how are you able to keep flashing it?
