i believe we've(bfielding and myself) have deduced it is the status light but i dont think either of us have figured a way to keep it on after you disconnect from the PC...i could be wrong but that was the last thing that i heard...

It's a charging light.... havent seen it do much else. For 22.04r and 22.05r, enable funlights and use greatdude10's funlight.pat and it will work

It is the Ringlights & even lights that control this flashing, it will work with almost all versions i think. Just put my funlight available in the download area in c:\mobile\audio.

Do the following seem edits
Funlight: Seem 0032_0001- offset 63 - bit 2 set to 1 (checked)
Event lights: Seem 0032_0001-offset 65 - bit 0 set to 1 (checked).
Rhythm lights: Seem 0032_0001 - offset 59- bit 3 set to 1 (checked).
Seem 0032_0001 - offset 63 - bit 3 set to 1 (checked)

thats it you are done

Just tried this stuff out... had it on my old L6 and kinda missed it. The ring lights are definitely not what I remember--specifically nocturnal, elemental and aqua. For one, nocturnal takes about 10 seconds to even do anything, and in the end, just lights up the keypad for another 5-10 seconds. As for elemental and aqua, they start out the same for the first 5 seconds, but then elemental goes a little faster. I remember elemental being 4 flashes, on the 4th flash having a prolonged flash. Were these copied straight from the L6?
As well, the rhythm lights are... well... how do I put this nicely... pretty much non-existent and nothing at all like the rhythm lights you see from a modded L6 on youtube :(. Non-existent as in... non-responsive... even at the highest sensitivity. I got it to flicker a few times, but it really wasn't much. Maybe I was doing something wrong, I don't know.

K, final edit. The USB LED light is controlled by the Event lights seem, just FYI. So if the poster was mereley looking for that light, it would suffice to just turn that seem on. As for the 59 - offset 3 and 63 - offset 3, those are both related to the rhythm lights.

somehow my l9 is not as responsive as my l6 used to be either. the lights come but do not reali respond to sounds as they are supposed to. FYI, the charging light is linked to the funlights.pat file which has a charging option where you can specify the way the light blinks so yeah it still needs the funlight.pat file

i still think we are being restricted due to RSA not being removed...in my opinion once RSA is removed we should really start seeing a difference in allot of the things we used to see only baseing my opinions on others expereince...if i had an L6 i'd start comparing CG's to see what was possible and what isn't and if it wasn't what made it possible...does this make any sense:confused:
