Voice memo on the razr v3r

I just got a razr v3r and i dont know where to find the voice memo option. Can someone reply back and let me know where it is?

I don't know which software version your phone is running, so its hard to tell. But on mine its under Media- Voice record. Let us know what version you got. Press * and # and 9999 and # and see what firmware and flex you are on.

Ok, lets look at it from the other way round. Does your v3r have a trans flash card with extra memory, if so its a cingular v3r and really a v3i, or if its T-Mobile its a r3443u5 or better known as v3t. If it doesn't have a mem card, is it maybe a T-Mobile, from US, then its most likely a v3r r3443u2, or is it from a different provider, then its a v3r r4515 or a new v3re. You see that it is not possible top guide you to a flash or reflash if your phone is an unknown entity. If you have found RSD Lite with google, it could tell us something more about your phone when it is connected.

or you can go to bootloader mode by pressing * # and power at the same time and it will tell you there

My phone is cingular but on the instruction manuel it says that it's a v3r. Is it a v3r or a v3i?

If its red and has a trans flash card and is from cingular its a V3i, if it hasn't got a memory card or a slot for it, its most likely a v3r. Sorry that Cingular complicated matters by naming their phones to their liking instead of common rule. What does it say underneath the battery besides the IMEI. Don't tell us the IMEI, not needed here. :thumbsup:

Mine is under Settings->Tools->Voice Records on a v3re from cingular.

You can't go by what the manual says anyway. My T-Mo V3r (R3443U2) had a manual that said it was a V3t.
