No more annoying verizon UI, enables bluetooth transfers etc. Just like going from verizon to alltel on the V3c, except now for your K1m!

yeah but you gotta back up your PRL and some other stuff, give me a minute and I'll go check and see what all you have to back up. Also you may have problems getting a data connection

Ok, yes you can, but I can't tell you exactly how at the moment. The flash will work great, but you have to change all your phone programming back to sprint in order to make calls or do anything with it besides take pictures.

I do know this - before you flash open up PST and get your PRL, NAM, ERI,1xRTT data, BREW, and MMS settings from the phone . I am investigating the rest and will report back when I find the info

You have to backup that stuff before you flash to alltel. I don't have a sprint phone to backup from. I can write a guide on how to do it, but it's not going to help any if you already flashed to alltel

i just got the firmware but it for verizon i think. i flash it and on the screen it say verizon...if u want u can try it or find out wat that flash is. let me knowor pm

just go to Settings > Phone Status > Other Information > S/W Version

and tell me what number you see.
