Downloading Themes

I was trying to download themes directly from the Mobile 9 site to my phone but it keeps on saying "File type not recognized". I have the UID Extraction Tool but it will not take me to the command prompt. I have enabled the Java Application Loader and KDWP. What am I doing wrong and where do I go from here?

First of all, you need to download them to your computer first. THEN y ou can install them to your phone using this method (http://www.modmymoto.com/guides/installingskins.php).

and we dont really use themes, we use skins, they are cooler

Making a skin is an involved process and is best discussed in our skinning forum. We have some great skin developers here who can help you learn. Start by downloading skinner4moto from the downloads section and you can open any skin with that and start editing... :D

We should really get a guide up on how to create skins, but it will be a long one~there's a LOT of info.
