v3re flex cable

i have two v3 that show g series, the show on computer link to be v3re r3442a_G_oe.43.08A. they both have broken flex cables,i order a v3re flex cable and now computer will not flash it, it also get warm on the back.both these phones work,how do i get the correct flex cable for this phones. if i put this motherboards back in the orignal case the still work fine, can some help me. tks

Keybord flex assy for this phone must have this PN 8489976NXX... Where XX is the version number. The newest is 8489976N10
